• Will I get a diploma from Breyer State University, USA?
   
  Upon completion of the program, you can qualify to apply for a diploma from Breyer State University, USA.
   
  
• How will my diploma read?
   
  Your diploma will feature the program earned and awarded. It will display that you are a graduate of Breyer State University. Your diploma will have the date of the conferment and received in a beautiful diploma holder. Diplomas are presented in a beautiful blue vinyl, leather-like degree holder with gold embossing on the front and white silk lining and red ribbon corners.
   
  
• When I complete my Diploma program, will I receive official transcripts?
   
  Yes. You will receive a set of official transcripts printed on Breyer State University transcript paper.
   
  
• How will my official transcript read?
   
  Your official transcript will be conferred by Breyer State University. All courses taken and / or earned will be displayed, as well as hours of credit per course. Your transcript will note your award from Breyer State University. Your official transcript will remain on file at Breyer State University.
   
  
• How long will I have to complete a Diploma program?
   
  Students are permitted one full year (from the date of enrollment) to complete all courses in the certificate program. In justifiable instances, time extensions may be granted by the instructor and/or administration.
   
  
• Is there a one-time enrollment fee for Diploma Programs?
   
  Yes. There is a one-time enrollment fee of RM380.00. This is due prior to official registration into the program.
   
  
• Can credits I earn in a certificate program be transferred later to a degree program at Breyer State University?
   
  Yes. The courses you take and receive credit for may well "fit" into requirements for one of our degree programs. This is evaluated individually at the time of application to a degree program.
   
  
• If I need an Apostille document and/or document of degree evaluation for my college diploma, can I obtain one?
   
  Yes. You can obtain these documents as long as you elect the affiliate degree package at the time of your graduation
   
  The Apostille (with official seal) legalizes the notarized authenticity report of your diploma and transcript. Once it is Apostilled, and since Malaysia is one of the members of the Hague Convention found at http://www.hcch.net/e/members/members.html, your diploma will automatically recognize as being authentic.
   
  If you require an Apostille certification, we provide you with full information for contacts to an agency in the United States that will obtain the Apostille for you. Apostille Certification will be by the U.S. Department of State. The agency we refer to provides expert services at obtaining your Apostille.
   
  
• What is meant by Attestation, Notarized Authentication and Apostille?
   
  The affiliate status means the affiliate diploma can be evaluated by a credentialed agency for Authentication and/or Apostille.
   
  Notarized Authentication - Authentication consists of a notarized document attached to your diploma, stating that the attached document has been fully earned, approved and granted. The authentication prepares your document to be taken before your secretary of state or embassy where it can be Apostilled, if you wish. You may order a special notarized document that may be used to have your diploma authenticated by the Authentication Office of the United States Department of State.
   
  This notarized document attests to the authenticity of the certificate which is attached to a copy of your Diploma. Many clients report that Authentication / Notary is all that is needed (without the Apostille). The Authentication document is approximately USD295.00 (subject to change).
   
  Apostillation - The Apostille (with official seal) legalizes the notarized authenticity report of your diploma and transcript.   Your documents will be apostilled at a US Secretary of State Department. This can be done in any state (legally it does not matter which state Apostilles them). The fee for a State Apostille is approximately USD695 (subject to change). This process takes approximately 10 business days.
